The Glory of God on His People

The Glory of God falling on His people is one of the most intimate things a Christian can experience, the presence of the Lord engulfing everything around you. The glory of God has been experienced by His people for generations. But first, in order to understand why the Glory of God is on his people, we must first understand what is the Glory of God? The Glory of God is just as it sounds; it is the splendor of the Lord God Almighty. For generations we as believers have been praising the Lord as we were called to do so (Psalm 150:6). The Glory of God is also where we can find rest and peace from the evils of this world for when we enter into the glory of God, we are worshipping the Lord. For all the honor and praise belong to Him forever and ever. The Bible says in Romans 11:36 KJV, "For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen." What this here in Romans is talking about is that because of the Lord all things are made and done through Him, and all the power and glory belongs to the Lord forever and ever! The bible also says in the book of Psalms 72:19(KJV)"And blessed be his glorious name forever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen. We as Christians are to bring praise, glory, and honor to the Lord as it is a form of profound respect and honor to the One who made heaven, earth, and everything in it, for God is the master of the universe. All the Glory and honor and praise belong to Him alone! Beloved, my encouragement to you is this: In everything you do, do it to bring glory to the Father who is always just and merciful to His people! Dear Lord, I just thank you and praise you, desiring to bring glory to your name. Lord, my words cannot describe how thankful I am to you. Father, let everything I do I bring glory to your name. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
