The Word of God Is A Serious Book

For the word of God is quick, and powerful,
and sharper than any two-edged sword,
piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit,
and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12 KJV
The Denial of the Word of the Lord happens when the believer's faith is lacking in the Bible. Denial is something we as humans go through all the time, but one thing that a Christian must not do is to deny the one piece of literature that gives us life. For generations, the Bible has been the message board for God to teach His people the ways of the righteous as well as teaching us about end-time events. The Word of God is a serious book for those wanting to unlock the ways of Adonai.
We now must look at some reasons why people deny the Bible. The first reason is this: The Bible is too old and outdated. The Bible might be old, but it is modern in every sense of the word! The Bible was written to convey the story of our forefathers, the story of salvation and being set free from sin as well the second coming of the Lord. The second reason is this: "The Bible is too harsh so I will not read it." Brothers and Sisters, if you ever come across someone saying that the Bible is too harsh and that they will not read it, you need to run in the other direction for it is those kinds of people that will corrupt your mind! The Bible was, is, and continues to be the instruction manual of the Believers until the trumpet sounds and we are taken up to be with the Father!
What does the Word of God say about standing on the Word of God? In Romans 10:17 KJV, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." As well in Hebrews 4:12 KJV, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." The Bible strengthens our faith, is a discerner of our hearts, and is sharper than any sword in the world. Those who deny the Word of God will not receive anything but destruction but those who cling to the truth of the Word in reverence shall be blessed! Beloved, do not deny the text of our Lord, for the Lord gave us this book of a purpose and a reason!
Today, I encourage you to not forsake the Word of the Lord. The Word is a source of comfort, filled with the promises and commands of God that we can apply to every aspect of our life, so we do not fall apart in this world that is coming apart. Build your faith in the Word, and it will change your Life!
Heavenly Father, I thank You and praise You. Father, thank You for Your Word. Thank You that it is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Father, help me to understand Your Word and plans You have for my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
