Does God desire a relationship with ME?

VOICE OF HOPE

I have come to tell you, He certainly does!

Elohim! El Shaddai! El Elyon! God who is eternal, who is self-existent, who is self-sufficient, the all-powerful, the all-knowing, the ever-present God who created the indescribable splendor of the universe and everything pertaining to it. The God who created the boundless beauty of nature and every creature with the breath of life in them. All of creation is His masterpiece. He who is the owner and the title holder, the source of all things. The One who reigns supreme. This same God desires to have a personal relationship with each one of us.

John 1:1-3

1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2. He was in the beginning with God.

3. All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.

John 1:14

So, the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.

Jesus is God reaching out to mankind in a language that we all can understand, relationship. Jesus came in human flesh to dwell among us to reveal unto us the heart of God. Jesus came with a message from the Father and the message is very clear, God wants to have a relationship with each of us. God wants to be our Father and He desires for us to be His children.

John 1:11

11. He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.

12. But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.

How amazingly wonderful to know that this great God desires to draw near to each one of us and to know us in the same manner as a father would know their child. Which means He desires to provide for and protect us. He desires to be there when we fall and to lift us up upon His shoulders and carry us when we feel we can no longer go on. He desires to be present to share our victories as we reach our goals but also to be the one who will encourage us when we fail. He desires to laugh with us until our tummy aches but also to be there to wipe away our tears, telling us everything will be okay. He desires to share every moment of our lives the good and the bad.

Through the life of Jesus God made His will very clear, He wants to have a relationship with all of us, and yes that means YOU!
