As believers, we are instructed in the Word of God to pray for the authority and the government of our land. It doesn’t matter where on this globe that you live. If you are a child of God, then you have a calling to pray for your leaders and your government. As the president and founder of Thread of Hope, in my time of reflecting upon God and His will, the Holy Spirit commanded me to call upon all prayer warriors in order to pray for the one God has appointed to the presidential office.
What is happening in our country is called Spiritual Warfare. It is a battle between good and evil. It cannot be seen with the physical eyes. You must see it through the spiritual realm. In order for you to do that, you have to take on the mind of Christ. You take on the mind of Christ by putting on the armor of God. It is clear that we do not fight against flesh, but we fight against the principalities of darkness. Therefore, we must put on the belt of truth. This means we need to know right from wrong. The Bible speaks only truth. We need to put on the breastplate of righteousness. This means we reject that which is sinful. We take a stand against that which is evil in the sight of God. We put on the helmet of salvation. We keep our minds steadfast on God. We take up the shield of faith. We believe in the supernatural for the impossible. We understand that we battle on our knees, and we do it with a song of praise and victory. We pick up the sword of the Spirit, and we speak the truth of the Living Word. We speak and declare Scripture, believing for the victory that is ours in Jesus Christ. We put on our shoes, and we run to proclaim and contend for the faith, standing strong with our heels dug deep into the root of the Word of God. Jesus is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle. The next 31 days are going to be critical for the church of Christ. Although the return of Christ is getting closer, we have not fulfilled everything pertaining to His return. Therefore, the greatest revival is about to hit our world, and it starts right here in the USA, the land that has produced missionaries who have served around the world. Now more than ever, we must align ourselves on the side of righteousness and holiness. This election is like no other. Everything we believe, as children of God, is in the balance. That’s right. Good Versus Evil. There is no neutral ground. Let the real church, THE REMNANT, stand up and be counted for.

Starting October 4 and ending November 4, we will be proclaiming VICTORY FOR OUR NATION THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which will be our theme for 31 days. Since God had already declared victory, He is sending Thread of Hope out before the battle as described in the story of King Jehoshaphat and Joshua at the walls of Jericho. Imagine God Himself picked the theme and all of us to go forth as the warriors of praise and worship declaring the victory. Every day, you will receive our blog. That blog entry for each day of the month for our theme, you will find the following

2. You will see a Bible verse.
3. You will see a song of praise or worship.
4. You will see a quick devotional.
5. You will see a quick prayer to get you started.
Go forth and shout out with a voice of Victory! The battle is not ours, but it is the Lord’s battle. We only need to stand still in our positions of prayer in declaration of victory for our nation because that victory has already been won. Now go forth and conquer the land that has been given to you!
