Throughout the history of the Bible, the power of God has been on display for all who want to experience and receive it. The power ranges from generation to generation. The Bible says in Genesis 1:1(KJV), "God created the heavens and the earth." Here we already see the power on full display no other being except God can have the ability to create the whole solar system as well as the earth that is only the first thing, one of the next things he did, after the time of Adam and Eve, in the days of Noah was the great flood and now the purpose of that was to purge the earth of sin (Genesis Chapter 7 and 8 KJV), and fast forward, another sign of the Power, we arrive at the death and resurrection of Jesus yet a another sign of God's power: the raising of His own Son from the dead (Romans 8:11) . What a Powerful God we have. In closing, I would like to say that we have this same power inside us which was given to us by God though the Holy Spirit, and all you have to do to accept this power is to simply pray and ask God for to fill you with His power!
