A Voice of Hope to Those Without Hope
11 April 2022
I can no better explain what Voice of Hope represents than through the voice of Rev. Dr. Teresa Allissa Citro. "Voice of Hope is committed and devoted to being an avenue that will help others grow spiritually, emotionally, and in knowledge."
FOUNDER'S PEARLS
Rev. Dr. Teresa Allissa Citro brings wonderful insights and wisdom. Nothing less than precious pearls from her pen.
THE SECRET TO RECEIVING! KNOCK.
Luke 11:10
"....knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone asks receives; the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks the door is opened."
Imagine the Lord is waiting on the other side of the door to open the door and grant your request.

THE TRUMPET
Hosea 8:1 “Set the trumpet to your lips! [The enemy] comes as a [great] vulture against the house of the Lord, because they have broken my covenant and transgressed against my law.”
The message is a call to each one that will heed the call to prepare as soldiers would prepare for war. To put on the full armor of light as to stand fully equipped against the dominion of darkness in these last days. The mandate is to equip and make ready a people for the soon return of their King.
A PASSION FOR THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
Hebrews 5:7-9
7. In the days of His flesh [Jesus] offered up definite special petitions [for that which He not only wanted but needed] and supplications with strong crying and tears to Him who was [always] able to save Him [out] from death, and He was heard because of His reverence toward God [His godly fear, His piety, in that He shrank from the horrors of separation from the bright presence of the Father].
8. Although He was a Son, He learned [active, special] obedience through what He suffered.
9. And, [His completed experience] making Him perfectly [equipped], He became the author and source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him.
JESUS did not pray to the Father with strong crying and tears, as intense fear gripped His whole being causing His sweat to become drops of blood because He feared the suffering set before Him, the rejection and mocking of men, the beatings so severe He would be unrecognizable nor the reason being that He feared the death of the cross. His only fear was the moment of utter darkness when all the sins of the world would be judged in His body and for that moment He would be completely separated from the luminous bright presence of His Father. So He did all He knew to do, He prayed to the only one who could keep Him through the darkest hour of His life. Even though He was God's Son, the Father did not lighten the suffering, the pain, the affliction. He had to learn obedience even unto death. God would not hold back the severity and the fulness of God’s judgment toward sin. He had to be judged to the full and punished to the fullest so as to bring forth the glory in full. God did what needed to be done to give us hope and a future. He says “I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope." Jesus trusted steadfastly in the love and faithfulness of His Father, not wavering in His faith but He remained unmoved. Sons of God we will, in the same manner, be baptized with the baptism of Jesus and we will be required to drink the cup the Father sets before us. And our greatest fear ought not to be towards the suffering we might endure, but rather, our greatest fear ought to be whether we will hold fast until the end, until the last moment, even in our darkest hour not to be eternally separated from the bright presence of the Father. Will we steadfastly trust in the love and faithfulness of our Father, and not waver in our faith but remain unmoved, the reason being our passion for His presence.
