THE TRUMPET
Hosea 8:1 “Set the trumpet to your lips! [The enemy] comes as a [great] vulture against the house of the Lord, because they have broken my covenant and transgressed against my law.”
The message is a call to each one that will heed the call to prepare as soldiers would prepare for war. To put on the full armor of light as to stand fully equipped against the dominion of darkness in these last days. The mandate is to equip and make ready a people for the soon return of their King.

When you look into the mirror do you see what God sees, how amazing and how wonderful you are? In your Father's eyes, you shine like a star the brightest star by far. When you look into the mirror rejoice, child of God, dance before your Father a dance of praise for He has formed every detail of you and how wonderful you are!

Rika spent 22 years climbing the Corporate ladder, just to realize the ladder was against the wrong building.
She entered the fitness industry in 2007 and had 3 successful Curves franchises where she was personally involved in coaching and counseling members with further studies in Nutrition at Baylor University, Texas, and the Cleveland Heart Clinic. “There is no greater reward than making a difference in people’s lives. “
When her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer in 2015, it impacted their lifestyle dramatically, unfortunately, it was too late for Bruce.
Through this experience, the Lord birthed a desire to educate, counsel, and facilitate innovative mental, physical and spiritual health solutions through an in-depth focus on individual holistic wellbeing.

Ps 138 says we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We have a responsibility to care for our bodies and not abuse them for we are the temple of God.
Breakdown in Relationship with Self
You can be separated from yourself through self-hatred, self-rejection, self-condemnation, self-accusation, guilt, a poor self-image, and low self-esteem. There are numerous diseases that have been traced back to self-hatred and low self-esteem in a person’s thought life. They don’t believe that God or anybody loves them, and they believe that they are not worthy to be loved.
The awesome, indescribable, Almighty, Holy God Who is the Greatest of all says He loves You!
1 John 4 v 15 – 19:” If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world, we are like Jesus. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.19 We love because he first loved us.”
How can you not love yourself if God loves you? God spared nothing for you in His love for you, not even His beloved Son!
John 3 v 16: “For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) He shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal lasting life.”
God loves you, He said it and He proved it when He sent His only Son to die for you. When you disagree by not accepting yourself, and you hate yourself, you call the God who created you and loved you from the foundation of the world a liar. You have declared that He made a mistake in saving you. If you have a poor self-image and you do not love yourself, you are in a direct opposition to God and you open yourself up to the devil to agree with you. Self-hatred and low self-esteem is a sin and it is a major cause of disease.
God says that if you hate your brother in your heart, you are guilty of murder.
1 John 3:15” Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.”
If you have low self-esteem and hate yourself in your heart, you are murdering yourself in your thoughts… and be careful, eventually, your body will follow suit and will begin attacking itself – you will eventually end up with diseases that will lead to your physical death… all because you were murdering yourself in your thoughts. God said that you are valuable and that you were worth the life of His only Son!
God’s Word teaches you to love yourself! Since the Lord commanded you to love your neighbor as you love yourself.
Matt 19:19” honor your father and mother,’[a] and ‘love your neighbor as yourself. “
He must think that it is as important to love yourself as it is to love others. But it is not enough to just love yourself – you must also like yourself.
Building healthy self-esteem starts with knowing who you are in Christ and placing your identity and sense of self-worth in Him. When you are secure in your knowledge of who you are in Him, you are free to love yourself, and that will enable you to love others too.
