Welcome to the Voice of Hope Blog.
I am so excited by all that the Lord has done for Thread of Hope, Inc (TOH).
It is with great honor and privilege to introduce to you the new Editor-in-Chief of our Voice of Hope blog, Ms. Thereze Barnard. I have never met anyone with such passion, love, and eagerness to preach the Word of God as Thereze. My staff and I are truly blessed to work with her. I know the hand of God is very powerful in her life. She has been called for such a time as this. Please welcome her with me.
People of God, these are exciting days to be alive. We are watching and experiencing what the Bible predicts of the very last days. This past year has served as what I call, “Dress rehearsal.” Limitations were placed on our lives if we were not doing what was required of us. Please understand, I am not comparing the Mark of the Beast with any particular thing. This would NOT be biblical. What I am trying to convey is simple. If we thought it was impossible, unrealistic, or unbelievable that the day will come when everyone on planet earth will have to accept a mark on the right hand or on their forehead to be able to travel, work, vacation, go food shopping, etc. Certainly, this has happened with one pandemic, and the expectations after it.
Voice of Hope is our voice at Thread of Hope to bring hope to those who are hurting, to those who need encouragement, and to those who have lost their way. It is time for a new move of the Holy Spirit upon our generation, breathing down to a planet filled with people who feel so hopeless. To people who are hurting from losing loved ones, losing their jobs, and having a fear of the unknown in a time when we are hearing the beating drums of wars and rumors of wars. If it wasn’t for God, who would be able to stand against all of this?
For those who are called Children of the Light, we are the Voice of Hope. A voice that proclaims Jesus Christ the Savior and Hope of the World. Please read this Bible verse again. This time, insert yourself in it. I have changed the words to make them personal. It is a Bible verse that brings us to the very throne room of Heaven, before the presence of Almighty God.

This is the power of reading God’s Word and implementing it into our lives. When we take and eat His Word, we can never be the same again.
Sing to the Lord a new song. We are singing at Thread of Hope, Inc. because He has done great and marvelous things and He is allowing us to reach all the nations of the world with His salvation message through our Voice of Hope!

THE TRUMPET
Hosea 8:1 “Set the trumpet to your lips! [The enemy] comes as a [great] vulture against the house of the Lord, because they have broken my covenant and transgressed against my law.”
The message is a call to each one that will heed the call to prepare as soldiers would prepare for war. To put on the full armor of light as to stand fully equipped against the dominion of darkness in these last days. The mandate is to equip and make ready a people for the soon return of their King.
GRACE IS REVEALED IN THE LIFE OF MOSES.
Exodus 33:13-14
13. Now, therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, show me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
14. And He said, My presence shall go with thee and I shall give thee rest.
15. And he said unto Him, if thy presence goes not with me, carry us not up hence.
16. For wherein shall it be known that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? Is it not that thou go with us? So shall we be separated, I and thy people from all the people on the earth.
17. And the Lord said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast find grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
Exodus 33:21
And the Lord said, behold there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock.
Moses was saying to God, If I have found grace in thy sight, show me the way to that grace. Show me the way so that I can take hold of that grace. Make thyself known unto me so that grace can be evident in my life. God answered Moses and said to him, my presence, my Spirit will go with you and I will give you rest from this, your body of sin and death. I know what is in man. I know the heart of man. I know that the thoughts of his heart are evil continually. I know in man there is no good thing to be found. Therefore, I say to you Moses because of the promised seed that will be born, you have found favor with me and I will grant you access into my presence. I will be with you and I will dwell in the midst of you for my presence, my gift of grace, my Spirit will be with you to keep you in my ways and to set you apart as a special people, chosen by grace.
God was bringing the good news of salvation unto Moses. God was giving him the promise of rest, of being set at liberty, of reconciliation with God, of acceptance by God, of extraordinary grace and favor with God. God was promising a place by Him where Moses would be able to come close to Him, a place where He could know Him and see His glory. A place where God meets and reveals Himself to man. Moses understood that everything was held up in that place where the person, the presence, the glory of God dwelt. Only those who would enter into that place would be able to attain these promises. Moses believed in this place of promise. When Moses caught this revelation of grace that was only found in this place he did not want to move one step without knowing where this place was to be found. This place where he could dwell in perfect peace and favor of God. A place where he would experience and know this grace and glorious power that was available to him. A place where it would be evident in his life for all to see that God was for him and with him at all times. He understood that in that place one would be separated from all men on the earth, as a special people, a peculiar people. He understood that those that had the presence of God would walk in divine ways which would place them above others. They would be a people of their own, a holy people unto God whereby God would be for them and with them, even in the midst of them.
Moses understood that the only way that others would believe that he had found grace in the sight of God is the evidence of God’s presence and glorious working power in his life. Moses was not going to let this God-given moment pass him by. More than anything he wanted to know that place of promise. He made up his mind that he would not move without the presence of God being with him, therefore, he desired to know that place for he understood wherein laid the hope of seeing the glory of God. Moses begged God to show him His glory. God answered Moses, and said to him I have heard the cry of your heart Moses, there is a place by me where you will be able to dwell in and abide in my presence and be able to see my glory, my divine power manifest in your life. There is a place upon a rock, there is a cleft in which you can hide as to be able to see my glory.

REJOICING EVEN IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY BY JUSTIN NOAH CITRO.
In times of uncertainty, we Christians need to rejoice in the hardships of this life because we know that Christ has overcome the world (John 16:33). That reason alone is cause for celebration because that assures us to press on. No matter what this earth throws in our path we must rejoice in the tough times because the Lord is with us. Being strong and courageous is another step in celebrating. In this world, we know there many evils that come to seek, destroy, and belittle our faith. However, we are to fear not for Lord has gone before us to fight our battles both physical and spiritual. This is also another reason for celebration. Through the course of this world, the Lord has told us to keep our faith strong and not to be swayed by the things of this world. The Bible tells us in Joshua 1:9 that the Lord has commanded us to be strong even though it seems tough to be strong. Again, I say rejoice and dance for the Lord has overcome! Many Christians give up too easily in this world; many do not see God in the current situation that the world is facing with this Covid-19 pandemic. However, I assure you that God knows what He is doing in every situation. The Lord has already defeated this pandemic. We also know what the Bible says in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against the people of the highest God shall prosper. That is another reason to celebrate! We are the people of God, His sheep, chosen by Him to carry out the good work until we either die or are raptured into the air when Christ comes back that again is another reason for celebration the King is coming back for His people. From the very beginning of time until the end of the age, the Lord will never leave us or forsake us. This world may try to bring us, believers, down, but those who afflict us do not know the power of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel! The Lord has fought for us in every battle we have faced in our own lives. This fact alone is cause for celebration because without the Lord’s help we would not be able to do it on our own. The past year and a half have been difficult, but without help from the Lord, it would have been even more difficult. Brothers and Sisters, I leave you with this rejoice and celebrate for the Lord are doing a new work! Build up your faith, trust in him, and make sure your heart is right with God, for the time and the hour of Jesus’ return is getting closer and closer.
