Genesis 1:1
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
In the beginning, the Godhead who is eternal, who is self-existent, who is self-sufficient, the all-powerful, the all-knowing, the ever-present God created the indescribable magnificence of the universe and everything pertaining to it. He created the boundless beauty of nature and every creature with the breath of life in them is His masterpiece. When we open the Bible the very first scripture we read reveals unto us the indescribable, uncontainable, unlimited, eternal power, and glory of the Godhead; His divine nature and essence are made known unto us who would read and believe in the Word of God. In the beginning, before anything else existed, or came into being, there was the Godhead three in One: Father, Spirit, and Son. It was God in His fulness who created the magnificent splendor of the heavens and the earth. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit working together as one created and formed all things.
Hebrews 11:3
By faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God so that things that are seen were not made of things that are visible.
The Bible, which is the infallible Word of God, which had been ordained by a God who can never falter, nor lie, who is dependable and reliable in every way, clearly states, that in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The God that created the heavens and the earth was the Godhead three in One: Father, Spirit, Son. They can never, in no form, shape, or way, be separated. Although they are three separate personalities they work and move as One. Why do we as mere men even dare to question the validity and the truth of this first scripture in the Bible? How do we even believe that we can in our limited wisdom and knowledge explain how creation in all of its indescribable magnificence took place? How can we as part of creation question the validity of the Word of our Creator? When we open the Word of God and we read this first Scripture, our question regarding the creation of all things is answered. The Word of God is clear; therefore, we have no excuse. The heavens and the earth in its fulness, which also pertain to all creatures, were created by the fulness of the Godhead. The Godhead Three in One is the origin and source of all things.
Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. 21. Because although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
Scripture clearly states that if you believe in anything else than the Godhead as the Creator of heaven and earth you have exchanged the truth for a lie and you have been deceived into worshipping other gods rather than worshipping the One true God; Father, Spirit, and Son. Therefore, you remain in darkness and cannot enter into the magnificent light and life of the presence of God. Because of your foolishness, you did not receive the light of the truth of God’s Word into your heart but rejected the truth, and you remained in a place of deception, trapped in darkness.
Romans 1:25 Who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Note how the fact that God is the Creator of the heavens and the earth is made clear in the first Scripture of the Bible. Why? Because if you do not believe in God in His fulness. If you do not believe in the Godhead, Father, Spirit, and Son as the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and everything pertaining to it, if you do not believe in God as the origin and source of all things then this book, called the Bible will have no impact or power in your life. If you do not believe this very significant, and first Scripture which opens up the Word of God, that reveals unto you where everything began, and how everything came into being, to be the truth, you might as well close the book called the Bible and put it up on your shelf for to you it is but another book with made-up stories.
Hebrews 11:6 clearly states that without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
If you do not believe in God as the Highest, believing none to be above Him, nor before Him. If you do not seek after God as your Creator, the one in whom you live and move and have your being, you cannot receive anything from Him, nor please Him. Scripture clearly states that without faith in God as Elohim and Creator it is impossible to please Him. The truth of the matter is that it is required that you believe in and that you seek after Him as your God, your Creator, and your Provider in all things. You must believe in the full nature and essence of the Godhead; God the Father, God the Spirit, God the Son, for they are One and you must believe in the Godhead as the Creator of all things.
